We schedule weekly events for The Bronze Room both during and after business hours for all kinds of activities including:
trivia nights, bingo, songwriter sessions, arts and crafts, industry speakers, movie nights, and more!

Frequently Asked Questions
How soon can I place a booking on the room?
How are deposits typically handled?
Usually we require a 50% deposit (non refundable) upon booking and the remainder of the deposit to be placed, 60 days before the event. If you book an event within 60 days or sooner, 100% of the deposit is due upfront.
How are packages priced?
All packages and add-ons are priced on a per guest basis.
What are the room block booking rates?
For events, The Brass Lantern sets block rates for the room itself, however this does not include add-ons like food, drinks, DJ services, etc. The Bronze Room has starting all inclusive package pricing but that price is subject to change, as every event can be custom priced by total guest count and preference.
Once I book my event, when can i get access to the room?
Access is permitted based on the lead time for the event. Normally, we give you access at 9am on the day of the event. If you need access to the room prior to that, extra charges may apply.
How do add-ons that are additional to the room pricing work?
The Brass Lantern maintains professional third party relationships of the highest standards to ensure every detail for your event is met. That means every vendor that provides every detail for your event has a proven track record. If you would like, references can be provided.
Can I hire my own vendors?
Yes, you are welcome to use your own services for the event. We will just need the names, personnel and/or companies involved.
Can I use my own event coordinator?
Yes, the same rule applies as using your own vendors, We will just need the name of your coordinator and/or company involved. Its important, if you are using your own coordinator that you put us in touch with them as soon as possible!
Clean up?
Yes, you and your vendors are responsible for clean up. The room should be returned to the same clean condition it was left in.
What if my event is outside mall hours, can I shop at the mall?
No, the mall is not open for business if your event falls outside mall operation hours.
